Your satisfaction is our priority. We acknowledge that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please refer to the following steps for your reference:
Refunds
- · Item received NOT in good condition
If your order received in less than perfect condition such as melted, broken or defection. Contact us within 2 hours of receiving them. Include a clear picture or video illustrating the issue and WhatsApp to +60 10 899 0282.
- · Wrong Item received
Notify us with in 2 hours with a clear picture of the incorrect items. The item should be unconsumed and in the condition.
Cancellations
- · Advance Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 1-2day in advance (Base on the pre order policy of every dessert). No cancellation is allowed if the cake/dessert has been prepared or delivery arranged.
Refund Process
Approved refunds or cancellations will be refund in term of cash or digital fund transfer.
